October billing
October bills were mailed October 2 and are due October 22, 2026. Payments made during billing may post after bills are printed. If your bill has not arrived by the 10th, use the customer portal or call the office for the amount owed. The District is not responsible for Postal Service delivery.
Lead service-line records
All the water district main lines to meter pit are copper. The builder of your residence may have used a different material.
The District and 120Water are continuing EPA Lead and Copper Rule inventory work. Customers who receive a door hanger should email a photo of the water line entering the home, including the service address. Customers unable to email a photo may call the office to arrange for a service employee to bring a District tablet; the employee will not enter the residence to take the photograph.
