Dear Customers,
Letters were mailed to all customers from 120 Water on 11/12/2024. Please do not be alarmed by the type of letter sent. It is an ongoing project that our office is gathering pictures of both the inside and outside lines for every customer in our district.
If the letter states that your service line is confirmed as an unknown service line we need the following for your file: A picture of the service line coming into the building with the service address listed in the picture. This can be emailed from the customer to the office or an appointment can be made for our service man to meet outside at the property to hand our tablet and work order to someone to take the picture of the service line coming into the building. Note that we do not enter the property, so make arrangements for someone to take the picture for you if you cannot get to the service line.
Once the file for the address shows the service line is copper or other the address will no longer be unknown for the file.
All of the lines from the main to the meter in Public Water Supply District No. 10 are copper.
Thank you,
Public Water Supply District No. 10
